北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司副总建筑师，体育建筑研究中心主任。北京申办2022年冬季奥运会工程技术部专家、中国体育科学学会建筑分会委员会主任委员、中国体育场馆协会体育建筑研究中心执行主任。从事体育建筑专项设计研究30年。从亚运会场馆改造到奥运会场馆设计、北京冬奥会场馆设计；从北京申办2000年夏季奥运会到2022年冬季运动会；从大型竞赛场馆、学校体育设施到大众全民健身公园均有不菲业绩。同时，参与大量体育专项研究，包括体育场馆建设标准制定、体育专项图集汇编、奥运场馆设计大纲编制等。

She participates in a series of projects for the Asian Olympics Games, the 2008 Beijing Olympics Games, and the 2022 Winter Olympics Games, and she is also the design experts for both of the summer Olympics Games and Winter Olympics Games during the bid stage. In addition to gaining great achievements for competition venues design, school sports building design and public sports facilities design, Mrs. Chen also compiles “Sports building Standards”, “Graphics Standards for Sports building” and “Olympics Venues Design Guideline”.
