       根据中国足协工作计划,现面向社会公开招聘国家青训中心和大区青训中心技术团队,有关事宜公告如下:

       一、项目介绍

       为深入贯彻落实国家足球改革发展总体部署,加快重塑中国足球青训体系,充分发挥国家青训中心引领作用与大区青训中心区域枢纽功能,夯实全国“五级青训体系”(国家、大区、省、市、县)人才根基,中国足球协会统筹启动国家青训中心及各大区青训中心2026年度公开招聘工作,面向社会招募热爱足球项目、精通青训业务、富有责任担当的专业技术人才,共同投身中国青少年足球后备人才培养的核心事业。

       二、招聘岗位及计划招聘人数

       本次招聘范围为国家青训中心(北京)及各大区青训中心技术办公室工作团队。

       三、基本任职条件

       (一)坚决拥护中国共产党的领导,坚决执行党和国家的路线、方针、政策。

       (二)热爱并志愿投身青少年足球工作,了解足球项目发展规律,了解并熟悉国家目前对于足球青训工作的工作方向和政策。

       (三)身心健康,品行良好,无犯罪记录,无行业禁入和可能影响正常履行相关职责的法律纠纷。

       (四)具备良好的团队配合和跨文化沟通能力,认同国家及大区青训中心的使命、愿景、价值观。

       (五)能服从足协及青训中心统一管理、工作安排与岗位调配,能够严格执行青训大纲与训练标准。能够适应高强度工作,具备抗压能力,具有奉献精神,能够适应频繁出差和弹性工作时间。

       (六)其他具体任职要求,详见附件1、2。

       四、待遇及职业发展

       技术团队薪资和福利待遇参考行业标准,大区青训中心技术岗位同步参考大区青训中心人事管理办法核定。

       六、综合考察

       招聘工作小组将严格按照报名要求和任职条件对应聘人员进行资格审查,组织进行线上面试、线下考核、政治审查、体检等环节,最终确定录用名单,报上级部门批准后,按规定办理入职手续,签订服务合同。严禁弄虚作假、证件造假,一经发现取消资格并列入黑名单。

       CFA National & Regional Youth Football Academy Recruitment Announcement (2026)

       In accordance with the work plan of the Chinese Football Association (CFA), applications are hereby openly invited for the technical team positions at the National Youth Football Academy (hereinafter referred to as NYFA) and Regional Youth Football Academies (hereinafter referred to as RYFA). Relevant details are announced as follows:

       1.Project Introduction

       To fully implement the strategy of building a strong sports nation and revitalizing Chinese football, steadily advance the development of the "Five-Tier Youth Football Development System", fully staff the core working team, and strengthen the foundation for nurturing elite youth football talents, we are now openly recruiting outstanding professionals to strengthen the NYFA and RYFA technical offices. This recruitment aims to support the scientific development and promotion of elite youth player development nationwide.

       2.Recruitment Positions and Headcounts

       *The above positions shall sign an Employment Agreement with the host entity of the RYFA co-construction project.

       3.Basic Job Qualifications

       (1)Abide by national laws, administrative regulations, and industry norms of China.

       (2)Have a genuine passion for and commitment to youth football development, understand the laws of football development, and be familiar with national policies and guidelines for youth football training.

       (3)Be in good physical and mental health, demonstrate high moral integrity, have no criminal record, no industry access restrictions, and no ongoing legal disputes that may impair the performance of official duties.

       (4)Possess strong teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills, and identify with the mission, vision, and core values of NYFA and RYFA.

       (5)Be willing to comply with the unified management, work arrangements, and post-deployment of the CFA, NYFA, and RYFA; strictly implement the official youth football training syllabus and standards; be able to adapt to high-intensity work, demonstrate resilience and dedication, and accommodate frequent business trips and flexible working hours.

       (6)For position-specific requirements, please refer to Appendices 1 and 2.

       4.Remuneration & Career Development

       Remuneration and benefits for the technical team are set with reference to prevailing industry standards. For technical positions at RYFA, remuneration shall be determined in accordance with the personnel management regulations of the respective academy. Broad career development opportunities will be provided; specific details will be discussed during the interview process.

       6.Comprehensive Assessment

       The Recruitment Panel will conduct rigorous qualification screening based on application requirements and job criteria. Procedures including online interviews, offline assessments, background checks, and medical examinations will be arranged. The final list of successful candidates will be confirmed, submitted to higher authorities for approval, and formal on-boarding procedures will be completed in accordance with regulations, followed by signing of service contracts.

       Fraud or submission of falsified documentation will result in immediate disqualification and inclusion in the blacklist.

       The assessment time and venue will be notified separately.
