中国足协人造草检测标准介绍——刘海鹏（北京华安联合认证检测中心）

　　刘海鹏组织并参与编制、宣传和贯彻体育行业国家标准和行业标准，完成了足球场地(天然草坪和人造草坪)、网球场地、木地板场地、运动冰场、田径场地、体育场照明、体育场馆LED显示屏、游泳场地、城市社区体育设施、体育场馆公共安全等体育设施国家/行业标准。主持编制《2010广州第16届亚运会竞赛场地和器材技术要求与标准》、《深圳大学生运动会竞赛场馆体育功能检测标准》。主持北京奥运场馆体育服务认证工作。主持国家体育总局群众体育设施技术规范和国标的制定工作。

　　Mr. Liu takes the responsibility for formulating, publicizing and implementing of the national and industrial standards for the sports industry as an organizer and a specialist，which covers Football field (natural grass and artificial turf), tennis field, wooden floor, sports ice rink, track and field, lighting& LED display of sports venues, swimming field, urban community sports facilities, public safety of sports venues, etc;

　　Presided over the preparation of , .Takes charge of the sports service certification of Beijing Olympic venues.Takes charge of the formulation of technical specifications and national standards for mass sports facilities of the general administration of sport of the People's Republic of China.
