安德烈身为资深专家，多年来的从业经验使安德烈对天然以及人造草坪都有丰富的见解。负责并指导了Greenfields在全球各地，不同气候条件下的场地系统建设，也是Greenfields人造草坪系统研发组的成员。同时他有丰富的混合草坪场地铺装经验。25年前，他就参与了位于挪威特隆赫姆的罗森堡俱乐部体育场混合草坪场地的管理及建设。之后又参与了诸多混合草坪场地建设，例如：切尔西体育场，阿斯顿维拉体育场，西汉姆联体育场，美国丹佛野马俱乐部，南非开普敦球场。安德烈还担任了20多年的荷兰标准化委员会的运动天然草成员，同时在多所大学和高中，担任运动层面建造及维护课程的讲师和审查员。
As senior specialist of natural, hybrid and Artificial Turf is Andréresponsible for the engineering of the several construction systems for the Greenfields sports facilities in several different climate zones over the whole world. And is member of the Research and Develop team of Greenfields for Hybrid and artificial turf systems. His experiences in hybrid turf pitches starts 25 years ago with the engineering, construction of the hybrid pitch in the stadium of Fc Rosenborg in Trondheim Norway. After that he engineered and constructed several hybrid turf stadium pitches over the world as the stadiums of Chelsea (UK), Aston Villa (UK), West Ham United (UK), Denver Broncos (USA) and Cape Town (South Africa). Andréis also member of Dutch NEN Normalization committee natural grass for sports for over 20 years. On several college and high school he is teacher and Examiner in sport surfaces in construction and maintenance.
